Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Executive (Arabic Language) who can confidently speak, read, and write Arabic. You will communicate with Arabic-speaking customers, support sales conversations, and help grow our business in Arabic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Talk to Arabic-speaking customers on calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels

* Write professional messages and emails in Arabic

* Handle customer inquiries, share product details, and follow up on leads

* Maintain customer records and update daily follow-ups

* Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, and dispatch updates

* Build long-term relationships with customers and support repeat business

* Support basic sales reports and updates to the manager

Required Skills:

* Strong Arabic speaking + writing + reading skills (must)

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Basic English communication is a plus

* Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools (if any)

* Confidence to speak with customers and close sales
