Apollo Cash is our digital personal loan app designed to provide fast, seamless access to credit entirely through a mobile journey.
The Role
We are looking for Sales Executives who will engage directly with borrowers to help them complete their loan journey and access credit smoothly while generating actionable insights that improve the product and underwriting.
This is not a traditional tele-calling role.
You will act as the human intelligence layer of a digital lending product converting incomplete applications, re-engaging existing borrowers, and uncovering why customers drop off, hesitate, or convert. Your observations will directly inform Product, Risk, Growth, and Collections strategies.
If you are persuasive, analytical, empathetic, and comfortable speaking to customers continuously, this role offers strong ownership and visibility.
What Youll Do
- Call customers who have started but not completed the Apollo Cash loan journey
- Guide borrowers through KYC, bank linking, eligibility checks, documentation, and app navigation
- Convert incomplete applications into successful loan disbursals
- Re-engage existing customers for repeat loans, upgrades, or re-activation
- Identify and document the exact reasons for drop-offs pricing, eligibility, trust, UX issues, documentation challenges, etc.
- Capture structured customer feedback and insights from conversations.
- Highlight recurring patterns in borrower behaviour to Product, Risk, Marketing, and Collections teams.
- Provide real-time inputs to improve messaging, eligibility logic, pricing communication, and journey design
- Maintain detailed call notes and outcomes in CRM/dialer systems for analytics
- Handle inbound interest and queries when required
- Follow compliant calling practices aligned with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines and fair practices
What Youll Need
- 13 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, fintech, NBFC, or banking
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus)
- Basic analytical mindset able to notice patterns across conversations
- Target-oriented mindset with ownership of conversion outcomes
- High integrity and customer-first approach
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in personal loans, credit cards, BNPL, or unsecured lending
- Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers, or lead management systems
- Exposure to fintech onboarding or KYC processes
- Experience working with product or operations teams to share customer insights
