Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven background in brokerage. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with 2-3 years of experience and a strong existing portfolio or network of clients. You will be responsible for leveraging your3 industry experience, and network to proactively acquire new business, manage the full sales cycle, and drive significant revenue growth for anibindia.com.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:

Proactively identify, prospect, and cold-call new business opportunities by leveraging your existing client portfolio, network, and industry experience.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Full Sales Cycle Management:

Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and lead generation to client presentations, proposal writing, negotiation, and closing deals.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in the company CRM.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.

Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, understanding their needs to ensure a successful handover to the operations team.

Reporting & Forecasting:

Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts to management.

Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), including sales activity, pipeline development, and closed deals.

Market Intelligence:

Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2-3 years of successful experience in a B2B sales role, specifically in brokerage, staffing, financial services, or a related service-based industry.

Portfolio: Must have a demonstrable track record of managing a client portfolio and a strong, established professional network.

Performance: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas is essential.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce (BBA, B.Com), or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and the MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A high-energy, self-motivated, and resilient "hunter" mentality.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
