We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Pune Division. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will engage in face-to-face client meetings, deliver product presentations, and provide solutions tailored to customer needs. The role requires close coordination with team members and management to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales Techniques and Client Relationship Management
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
- Ability to Conduct Market Research and Analyze Sales Trends
- Effective Time Management, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Abilities
- Experience in B2B or B2C Sales is preferred
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM Software and MS Office Tools is a plus
- Self-motivated with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
