This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, creating and delivering compelling sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the team to develop innovative approaches to drive revenue growth for the restaurant.
- Sales and Business Development skills, including meeting sales targets and identifying new business opportunities
- Relationship Management and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to effectively present proposals and close deals
- Organizational and Time Management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with restaurant or hospitality sales processes is a plus
- A background in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage
