As a sales associate you will-

Assist and interact with clients to create experiences that positively impact sales and service

Provide an excellent client experience by maintaining highest degree of courtesy and professionalism

Provide information regarding product, services, and pricing

Assist with day-to-day inventory management, organisation, restocking etc.

Assist in merchandising and overall maintenance of cases (maintain proper visual standards, product maintenance, and understock organisation)

Achieve sales targets as directed by management

Job Profile:

Education

Min education requirement- 12^th standard

Knowledge of multiple languages (Kannada, Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu etc.) are a plus

Required Experience

Previous experience in sales, luxury retail or hospitality are a plus

Technical Skills/ Abilities

Must be available to work retail hours including weekends and holidays

Basic computer skills (PC, Tablets)

Must be able to stand on feet all day

Personal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store

Strong understanding of customer service needs

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanour.
