Job Summary:

Altairo is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our luxury furniture showroom team. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting premium furniture solutions, and closing sales while delivering an exceptional buying experience. Ideal for candidates passionate about design, luxury, and consultative selling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with walk-in customers and understand their furniture and interior requirements
  • Present and explain premium furniture collections, materials, and finishes
  • Assist customers in selecting products that suit their space, taste, and budget
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
  • Coordinate with design and operations teams for smooth order execution
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards


Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or luxury sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-first mindset with good closing abilities
  • Interest or background in furniture, interiors, or luxury retail preferred
  • Willingness to work in a showroom environment
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority
