Sales Responsibilities of Forex Person in FFMC


Job Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata & Ahmedabad

Job Description:


Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

Identify and onboard new customers (corporates, travel agents, students, exporters/importers, individuals traveling abroad).

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat forex business.

Tie-up with travel agencies, educational consultants, hospitals, and corporates for regular forex needs.

Product Promotion Promote the company forex products:

Currency notes & travelers cheque

Prepaid forex cards Outward remittances under LRS (for education, medical, emigration, investments, etc.)

Cross-sell other financial products (if permitted by RBI & company policy).

Market Development

Explore new markets such as student community, emigrants, business travelers, tourists.

Conduct promotional activities, tie-ups, and marketing campaigns to increase visibility.


Sales Targets & Reporting

Achieve monthly/quarterly forex sales targets set by management.

Maintain MIS reports of sales leads, conversions, and customer feedback. Monitor competitor pricing and update management.


Customer Service Excellence

Provide competitive rates and transparent service to build trust.

Ensure fast turnaround in forex delivery and remittance services.

Collect customer feedback to improve service quality. Preferred candidate profile 1- 5 years of experience or more in forex sales, preferably within the travel industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in forex and financial services.

Excellent understanding of forex markets, currency exchange trends, and remittances.

Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills.
