Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Executive specializing in Air Purifiers. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, conducting product demonstrations, meeting sales targets, and providing feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings. A key aspect of the role is staying updated with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new market opportunities.

Sales Executive Air Purifiers (Field Sales)
Location:
Delhi NCR
Role Objective:
To generate primary and secondary sales for air purifier products through direct field sales, channel partners, institutions, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners
- Conduct product demonstrations for retail, residential & corporate clients
- Generate institutional and B2B enquiries
- Maintain strong follow-up on leads and closures
- Coordinate with service & installation team for smooth execution
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Daily reporting through CRM/MIS system
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 25 years field sales experience
- Preferably from air purifiers, water purifiers, HVAC, consumer appliances, or electrical products
- Strong local market knowledge
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Own 2-wheeler preferred
Compensation Range (Delhi):
- 2.4 LPA 4.2 LPA (Fixed)
- Performance Incentives (Monthly / Quarterly)
- Travel reimbursement
(High performers can earn 56 LPA including incentives)
