Job Description
AdSocial.ai is a creative-led performance marketing agency that helps brands scale profitably on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) using high-converting ad creatives powered by AI.
Were growing fast and looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore and help us close more deals across D2C, services, and app-first businesses.
What Youll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (primarily founders and marketing heads).
- Pitch AdSocials creative ad solutions and generate meetings.
- Run outbound campaigns via calls, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline to close deals.
- Collaborate with our creative and performance team for client onboarding.
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of experience in B2B/agency sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Persistent follow-up skills and a result-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn, CRM, Notion, etc.
- Based in Bangalore and comfortable with 6-day work from office.
Compensation & Perks
- INR 30,000/month fixed salary
- Work from our Bangalore office (6 days/week).
