Sales Executive (Admissions)

Position: Admissions Counsellors

Location: Gurugram

Working Days: Monday-Saturday (Saturdays WFH)

Work Timings: 10AM - 7PM

Experience Required: 1-4 years

Job Summary:

As an Admissions Counselor you will be responsible for counseling students and parents, converting offers into enrollments, and ensuring a high-quality admissions experience. This role requires strong communication skills, warmth, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents who receive offers

Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique features of the company

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and internal stakeholders.

Meet and exceed enrollment targets through individual ownership.

Act as a trusted advisor throughout the admissions journey.

Requirements

1-4 years of experience in sales, counseling, admissions, or a related field (education or ed-tech preferred).

Experience in admissions, counseling, or consultative sales roles will be a plus.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
