Role Summary:

We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, conduct site visits, present project options, and close sales. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and on-ground presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads and understand buyer needs
• Conduct project/site visits with prospects
• Present pricing, offers, and loan support
• Coordinate documentation and closure
• Maintain ethical sales and relationship management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year real-estate experience
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and comfortable with field sales
• Weekend availability as required
