Sales Executive (1 to 3 years)

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support our sales operations in the spices business. This role is ideal for freshers or junior professionals who want to build a career in B2B/B2C sales, customer coordination, and order management within the food & spices industry.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with distributors, retailers, exporters, and institutional buyers
• Generate and follow up on sales leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
• Share product details, pricing, samples, and quotations with customers
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order processing
• Maintain customer data, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
• Assist the field sales/export sales team with backend support
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Track sales activities and prepare daily/weekly reports

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of sales concepts and customer handling
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and coordination work
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp Business
• Willingness to learn about spice products, grades, quality, and applications
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a result-oriented mindset

• Exposure to FMCG / Food / Spices / Agri products
• Internship or training in sales/marketing
• Understanding of B2B sales or distributor-based selling

• On-the-job training in spices products and sales process
