Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Handle inbound & outbound sales leads
Meet potential clients and present company products/services
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Coordinate with marketing and operations team
Handle customer objections and negotiations
Skills & Requirements:
13 years of experience in sales (field or inside sales)
- Generate qualified leads with optimal CPL (Cost Per Lead)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Customer-centric approach
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email)
Two-wheeler preferred (for field sales, if applicable)
Preferred Candidates:
Experience in IT services / Digital marketing / Real Estate / Insurance / Loan / B2B sales
Immediate joiners preferred
