Job Description
You will be responsible for bringing in new clients for Lantrn Marketing. Your job is to generate leads, book meetings, follow up consistently, explain our services clearly, and close deals. You will work directly with the CEO and marketing team to convert inbound & outbound leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach
- Book qualified meetings with business owners
- Explain Lantrns services clearly and confidently
- Maintain strong follow-up with all prospects
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service pitches
- Maintain CRM with proper lead updates and notes
- Work closely with marketing team to understand service offerings
- Hit monthly targets for meetings, proposals, and closures
- Ensure high professionalism during client communication
- Understand client requirements and pass details to internal team
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong understanding of marketing services (training will be provided)
- Confidence during client calls & meetings
- Good at building rapport and trust
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Organized and target-driven
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM tools
- 13 years in sales, business development, or tele-calling
- Experience selling marketing services is a bonus
