We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the film industry, not a tourist. Someone who can walk into any production office, talk to the right people, and walk out with real business on the table.


If you can read a room, pitch with intent, and close without hesitation, keep going. This role demands a hybrid operator who is relentless on the field, sharp online, and fully accountable for results.

What Youll Own:

  • Hunting down real opportunities, not sitting around waiting for leads
  • Visiting production houses, sets, shoots, and industry events
  • Meeting producers, DOPs, and actual decision-makers
  • Setting up visits, meetings, and demos that convert
  • Tailoring offerings to what clients actually need
  • Negotiating with clarity, maturity, and strategic leverage
  • Maintaining accurate sales/performance records
  • Expanding networks and building long-term industry relationships
  • Tracking competition, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions
  • Representing us at exhibitions, events & conferences
  • Hitting targets consistently, not occasionally


What You Need to Bring:

  • 8-10 years of real film-industry experience (not adjacent, not interested in films)
  • A strong existing network of producers, DOPs, coordinators, agency folks, and decision-makers
  • Proven on-ground sales experience
  • Strong communication in English & Hindi
  • Confident pitching + sharp negotiation instincts
  • Ability to listen, understand, and solve problems fast
  • Organised, punctual, accountable, the person people remember, not the one they forget
  • A mindset that says: Give me the target, Ill deliver the results.
