Role Description

We are looking for a driven Sales & Enrollment Specialist to manage the complete learner conversion journey from first interaction to final enrollment. The role requires understanding learner goals, guiding them toward the right programs, and driving enrollments through structured follow-ups and clear communication.

You will work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to onboarding, while maintaining strong conversion standards and learner experience..


Key Responsibility

Take full ownership of assigned leads and drive end-to-end conversion

Understand learner career goals, technical background, and upskilling objectives

Handle objections, negotiations, and decision delays with confidence

Conduct structured follow-ups and maintain disciplined pipeline management

Maintain accurate lead tracking, sales updates in CRM systems

Share customer insights and feedback with the Marketing team

Coordinate internally post-closure to ensure smooth onboarding and learner experience

Achieve and consistently exceed enrollment targets


Required Qualifications (must-haves)

Bachelors degree in any discipline

Experience 3 to 4 in sales EdTech / Training / Education sales

Strong communication skills

Comfort handling objections and negotiation conversations

Ability to work with targets and performance expectations

CRM and sales reporting familiarity
