Industry: Rubber Manufacturing
Target Customers: OEMs & Industrial Clients
Role Summary:Responsible for generating and qualifying B2B leads from OEM customers through research, outbound outreach, and digital platforms, and handing over qualified leads to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads from OEM & industrial customers
Research target companies and decision-makers
Lead generation via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and website inquiries
Qualify leads and coordinate with sales for closure
Maintain lead data and follow-up tracking.
Requirements: 03 years B2B lead generation / inside sales experience
Exposure to manufacturing / industrial / OEM segment preferred
Strong communication & follow-up skills.
