Sales Engineer - Transport Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Trans ACNR Solutions Private Limited, an engineering and manufacturing leader in transport air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions in India, is hiring Sales Engineers / Sales Executives to support its growing transport HVAC and refrigeration business.

This role is well suited to early-career professionals with a solid technical understanding of transport air-conditioning and refrigeration systems , combined with customer-facing sales experience, who aspire to build a long-term career within a technology-driven engineering and manufacturing organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development for transport air-conditioning and refrigeration products.
• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, dealers, and institutional customers.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and techno-commercial negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and support order closures in coordination with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Go-getter with approximately two years of hands-on experience in B2B or field sales.
• Exposure to transport air-conditioning and refrigeration products will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Educational Qualification:

BTech (Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical/Electronics) / BBA / MBA preferred.

Salary:

As per industry standards and commensurate with experience.
