Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Pune. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support during the pre-sales and post-sales process and working closely with the sales team to identify clients' technical needs. The role involves creating and delivering technical presentations, collaborating with internal teams to enhance product knowledge, and ensuring effective communication with customers to provide solutions tailored to their requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to assist clients comprehensively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build trust
- Proven knowledge or experience in Sales to contribute to business growth and client acquisition
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience with engineering systems, tools, and processes is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred
