Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and present appropriate solutions from Propack's product portfolio. Responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and assisting the sales team with customer engagement. The role also involves building client relationships, identifying potential opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Background in Sales Engineering and proficiency with technical equipment and processing systems
• Strong expertise in Sales and Customer Service with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to present technical products and solutions clearly
• Problem-solving skills and experience providing Technical Support for engineering and processing systems
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to an industrial environment
• Willingness to work on-site
