Position: Sales Engineer Power Group (PSG)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Budget: Up to 15LPA
Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Delhi / Bangalore / Chennai
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Sales Engineer (PSG). The incumbent will be responsible for business development, product promotion, and sales of pre-packaged software, electronic hardware, and allied services within the electric power sector. The role also involves maintaining and strengthening customer relationships to ensure consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell software products, hardware solutions, and related services to clients in the power sector.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships with utilities, consultants, and industrial customers.
- Present product portfolios effectively and demonstrate their technical and business value.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
- Provide market insights and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales of pre-packaged products or services in the electrical power domain.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across business and technical levels.
- Knowledge of power system simulation software will be an added advantage.
