Sales Engineer - PHE Selling

A well-established Indian engineering & industrial solutions organisation is hiring Sales Engineers for the Ahmedabad region.

A PHE Sales Engineer / Manager is responsible for:

• Identifying thermal transfer requirements in industrial processes
• Replacing inefficient shell & tube systems with PHE solutions
• Handling techno-commercial discussions
• Managing long sales cycles and engineering approvals
• Driving both new equipment sales + spares/service revenue
• Identify OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and plant heads
• Develop relationships with maintenance & projects teams
• Generate enquiries through site visits

This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to learn industrial B2B sales the right way by understanding products, applications, customers, and plant realities, not just chasing targets.

What will you do?

• Support senior sales managers in industrial & project sales
• Engage with manufacturing plants, EPCs, consultants & contractors
• Understand customer requirements and assist in techno-commercial proposals
• Coordinate internally with engineering, projects & operations
• Participate in site visits, client meetings & follow-ups
• Build strong fundamentals in solution selling

Who should apply?

• BE / BTech / Diploma Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial / Electrical
• 03 years experience in B2B / industrial/technical sales
• Freshers with a strong communication & learning mindset are welcome
