Job Description
Sales in our industry is not about fancy presentations.
Its about consistent follow-up, technical clarity, and disciplined execution.
We are looking for a Sales Engineer who understands that:
Hard work + structured follow-up = success.
- Proactive outbound outreach to OEMs
- Systematic follow-up on inbound enquiries
- Understanding technical requirements and aligning correct motor/alternator solutions
- Coordinating quotations and internal communication
- Building long-term OEM relationships
- Maintaining pipeline discipline and closing orders
- Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
- 03 years experience in B2B / Industrial sales (Freshers with strong work ethic may apply)
- Someone who doesnt give up after one call
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, process-oriented, and target-driven
- Comfortable speaking with technical teams and purchase heads
