Sales Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting our range of linear motion products across the North Region , including Linear Bearings, Linear Guides, Linear Ball Screws, and Gauges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the North Region .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales of industrial components, preferably linear motion products.
• Strong technical understanding of Linear Bearings, Linear Guides, Ball Screws, and Gauges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
