Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and expanding our business in Control Panels and related electrical products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market company products such as , HT Panels, LP Panels, APFC, PCC, MCC, and other customized control panels.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize sales orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, and Dispatch) to ensure timely project execution.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the companys growth.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering


Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Control Panels or Electrical Equipment preferred.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of control panels and switchgear systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.
