Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and expanding our business in Control Panels and related electrical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market company products such as , HT Panels, LP Panels, APFC, PCC, MCC, and other customized control panels.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize sales orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, and Dispatch) to ensure timely project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the companys growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Control Panels or Electrical Equipment preferred.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of control panels and switchgear systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.
