Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Bagging Machines , packaging lines and Industrial Automations Solutions
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads across target industries such as Fertilizers, Pharma, Plastic , Food & Beverage.
- Collaborate with the design and technical teams to prepare customized Packaging Solution proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from RFQ and quotation to negotiation and order closure.
- Work closely with project execution, procurement, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue and margin targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of closing capital equipment or automation projects worth 1-3 crore annually.
- Strong understanding of automation systems, robotics, packaging machinery, or related industrial solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to achieve measurable results.
- Integrity-driven with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel across India (and internationally, if required).
