Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying their technical and business needs, and offering tailored solutions. Tasks include providing technical support, facilitating pre-sales and post-sales activities, and fostering efficient communication with customers. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, as well as active participation in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of technical product features and applications
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and solving client-specific technical challenges
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and various stakeholders
- Background in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on relationship management and achieving sales goals
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in industries such as energy, industrial machinery, or HVAC is advantageous
