Boldrocchi India Private Limited is a 20 year old subsidiary of Boldrocchi Italy, an industrial boutique offering rotating equipment (process fans, blowers & compressors), air pollution control equipment & plant (process bag filters, ESP, hybrid filter, conversion of ESP to bag filter, flue gas cleaning, high temperature filters, DeSox & DeNox system), process dampers, heat exchangers and decarbonization solution .
The Company has year-on-year growth of 23% and eyeing 33% growth in current fiscal year . To the growth, Company is looking for result oriented candidates with drive to get things done.
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Engineer - Industrial Fans (oil & gas and power steel and cement) and Compressors
Location:
Gurgaon, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the power, steel, cement, and oil & gas segments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for industrial fans and compressors.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- 5-18 years of experience in sales and marketing of industrial fans and compressors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the power, steel, cement, and oil & gas segments.
- Strong understanding of industrial fans and compressors and their applications.
- Excellent negotiating and proposal-making skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
