Roles & Responsibilities

Understand customer technical and business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and solution walkthroughs to prospects and customers.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender-related documents.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
Conduct customer site visits, technical assessments, and feasibility evaluations.
Support execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation initiatives.
Participate in contract negotiations, offering technical expertise.
Maintain updated knowledge of company machinery, technology, and solutions.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with engineering, product development, and service teams for smooth solution delivery.
Provide customer feedback for continuous improvement of products and services.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
Maintain CRM records of customer interactions, sales progression, and project milestones.
