Sales Engineer - Automation

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Engineer to expand our business presence in India. The role involves developing client relationships, promoting our industrial automation services, and achieving sales targets in Bangalore and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial clients.

Promote and sell automation repair, service, and spare part solutions.

Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical discussions.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Coordinate with the technical team to address client requirements and provide after-sales support.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering.

25 years of experience in industrial sales/automation/electronic services.

Strong knowledge of automation products (VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, servo systems).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.

Willingness to travel across Bangalore and nearby regions.
