Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic Sales Engineers to join our Australian team. This role will be based in Australia. It is pivotal in driving sales growth, providing technical expertise, and building strong client relationships within the electrical and cables industry. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with commercial acumen to promote EESAs extensive product portfolio, including solar cables, fire rated cables, HV, MV cables, EV harnesses, Combiner boxes and cable accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Sales & Business Development:
- Promote EESAs cable solutions (e.g., solar harnesses, HV cables, fire-rated cables) to new and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to address client needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term partnerships with clients in sectors like renewables, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Provide after-sales support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Strategy & Analysis:
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth nationally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with EESAs project capabilities and product innovations.
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with operations, technical, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare accurate quotes, scope definitions, and cost estimates for client proposals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related field, MBA in Marketing.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strong technical sales, preferably in cables industries.
- Strong understanding of Australian standards, certifications (e.g., ISO, TUV), and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and project costing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.

Job Location:
Melbourne - From EESA office - 1 person
For successful candidates, EESA would apply for family visa for 4 years and potential visa application for permanent residency after 4 years (subject to Government Policies at that point of time).
Brisbane/Perth/Sydney - 1 person at each location
Work from Home/Shared Office (Your residential location will be in the respective cities that you are applying for)
EESA will cover relocation cost - air fare, temporary accommodation for 4/5 weeks in a serviced apartment.
