Role Summary

The Sales Engineer supports B2B sales by conducting site surveys, technical assessments, BOQ preparation, and solution-based proposals , helping close technically driven contracts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Attend client meetings and conduct site inspections
  • Understand client requirements and operational challenges
  • Prepare technical inputs, BOQs, scope of work, and costing support
  • Assist team in proposals, negotiations, and closures
  • Coordinate with operations for accurate execution planning
  • Ensure clean handover post order closure
  • Update CRM and maintain sales documentation


Requirements
  • Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred)
  • 26 years experience in B2B technical sales / facility management / HVAC / MEP
  • Strong technical understanding and client communication skills
  • Comfortable with site visits and field work & Travelling
