Job Title: B2B Sales Executive (End-to-End Sales)
Location: Hyderabad OR Remote
Experience: 15 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire B2B sales cyclefrom prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Run email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Identify business opportunities through market research and targeted outreach.
Present product/service demonstrations and explain value propositions to clients.
Handle pricing discussions, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Track all interactions and progress in CRM tools and prepare periodic sales reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Pre-sales, and Operations) to deliver seamless customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Mandatory experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, and email campaigns.
Proven track record of revenue generation and achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation platforms (preferred).
