Provide end-to-end support for branches in processing Referral Send Money Abroad transactions(IDFC).

Handle end-to-end transaction processing for IDFC Bank and interacting with IDFC HO processing team for smooth execution of entire transaction.

Serve as a continuous liaison between the branches and the processing bank.

Provide guidance to branches on transaction documentation, rate quotations, and post-transaction support.

Address and resolve transaction discrepancies promptly.

Additionally maintain and circulate the discrepency report to the ground team to minimize such 

errors in future transactions.

Encourage and support branches in identifying and sourcing new forex business opportunities.

Guide the ground team to ensure adherence to regulatory and operational guidelines for transaction 

execution.

Gather and analyze feedback from the ground team to improve processes and customer experience.

Implement process automation to streamline the handling of forex transactions.

Distribute TT copies and maintain a record of the distribution

Coordinate with partner bank to streamline and optimize transaction workflow.

Ensure the proper handling and storage of IDFC documents, send them regularly to the IDFC Mumbai Head Office, and maintain a record of the Proof of Delivery.

Maintain regular reports and Revenue Postings to monitor branch performance and to update the MIS

 accordingly,

Identify and address operational challenges, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency.
