Sales Enablement Manager
The Role:-
We are seeking a Manager of Sales Enablement to lead our efforts in maximizing sales team productivity across our rapidly growing organization. This role is crucial for maximizing the effectiveness of our sales force by providing them with the necessary tools especially the AI tools, training, content, and processes. This role involves strategic collaboration with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to develop a comprehensive sales enablement program.
Responsibilities include creating a dynamic sales playbook, managing onboarding and continuous training programs, and optimizing sales tools and processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for sales, education, and technology, specifically within the SaaS industry, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Training & Onboarding: Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they are productive as quickly as possible. Create continuous training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Content Management: Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create, curate, and maintain a library of sales collateral, presentations, and resources. Ensure all content is easily accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with the sales process.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and tools to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Implement best practices and new methodologies to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Measurement: Define and track key sales enablement metrics to measure the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance, such as ramp time, win rates, and pipeline generation.
- Technology & Tools: Manage and optimize sales technology stack (e.g., CRM, Sales Engagement platforms, Learning Management System (LMS)). Train the sales team on effective use of these tools.
- Communication: Facilitate consistent and clear communication of sales updates, new product features, and organizational changes to the sales team and the management.
Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's & Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a direct Sales role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective sales training and enablement programs.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of the modern US SaaS sales cycle and sales methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot), calling tools and AI techniques.
- Analytical skills to track metrics and demonstrate the ROI of enablement efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Certification in a widely-used sales methodology (e.g., Challenger, SPIN).
- Ability to work in the night shift
- Strong skills in defining the sales strategy and ensuring the team follows it.
- Monitoring and managing the sales pipeline and forecasting.
