Job Title : Sales Enablement Manager India
Location : Mumbai
Job Description :
Generate country specific customized dashboards based on Salesforce.com data
Determine Sales enablement priorities with sales and Marketing stakeholders. This position will to work closely India Commercial Leadership & Global Sales enablement to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement tools.
Communicate Global and ASPAC Sales enablement strategy with stakeholders
Build a trusted relationship with Global Sales enablement, L&D, Commercial , Marketing & support functional teams
Serve as a liaison between Global Sales enablement and ASPAC sales, marketing and L&D teams
Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps on Salesforce.com and Global commercial dashboards
Ensure easy access and provide regular training on CRM and coordinate with new metrics development in ASPAC
Be a voice of ASPAC in Global meeting
Coordinate with country champions to monitor data accuracy and timely update in Sales force.com
Use performance data and provide insights on forecast .
Work with country leads to Enhance and develop the Incentive Plans for Sales and LS .
Qualifications :
Minimum Education or Equivalent experience required / preferred
Bachelors degree with suitable IT skills
Minimum years of related knowledge, skills and abilities required / preferred
5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in Sales enablement or commercial excellence
Deep understanding on Salesforce.com CRM.
Should be able to develop dashboard on Power BI
Should have strong business Acumen
Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
Excellent communication skills
Should be proactive, agile and have sense of urgency
