Job Description


Vialand is a real estate development company building high-trust plotted communities and premium land investments.


We are hiring a Sales Director to own revenue across all our projects.


Role Overview

This is a revenue leadership role. Full responsibility of sales growth/conversions , P&L management across our active projects.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage closers
  • Conduct high-value negotiations (80L1.5Cr+)
  • Drive monthly booking targets
  • Build referral and HNI networks
  • Implement structured follow-up systems
  • Oversee site visits and conversion tracking
  • Align with Performance Marketing for funnel optimization


Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in real estate sales
  • Proven track record closing high-ticket deals
  • Fluent in English, Kashmiri + Hindi/Urdu
  • Strong family-level selling ability
  • Calm under pressure
  • Leadership capability
