Job Description
Vialand is a real estate development company building high-trust plotted communities and premium land investments.
We are hiring a Sales Director to own revenue across all our projects.
Role Overview
This is a revenue leadership role. Full responsibility of sales growth/conversions , P&L management across our active projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage closers
- Conduct high-value negotiations (80L1.5Cr+)
- Drive monthly booking targets
- Build referral and HNI networks
- Implement structured follow-up systems
- Oversee site visits and conversion tracking
- Align with Performance Marketing for funnel optimization
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record closing high-ticket deals
- Fluent in English, Kashmiri + Hindi/Urdu
- Strong family-level selling ability
- Calm under pressure
- Leadership capability
