Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Working Hours: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST | 5 days a week (US shift)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven SDR who will focus on prospecting and qualifying enterprise IT accounts in the US market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, talking to senior decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline.

This is a pure outbound role and plays a critical part in driving AlertOps revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to US enterprise accounts

Identify and engage IT decision-makers (IT Ops, Infrastructure, DevOps leaders)

Qualify leads based on ICP, need, budget, and urgency

Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives

Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM

Work closely with AEs to align messaging and improve conversion

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and pipeline contribution


Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills


24 years of experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales (preferably SaaS)

Strong experience selling to US or international markets

Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling

Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)

Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and outreach tools


Nice to Have

Experience selling to IT teams / SaaS / Enterprise products

Exposure to IT Ops, DevOps, or Infrastructure buyers

Previous night-shift or US-shift experience
