Overview

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for contacting prospects and setting qualified meetings with the sales team to discuss Xcitium Cybersecurity products and services . The SDR will primarily focus on outbound cold calling to generate interest, identify decision-makers, and schedule sales meetings.

This role requires integrity, urgency, strong communication skills, curiosity, and passion .

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed meetings set and meetings completed quotas.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up on leads to drive qualified sales conversations.
  • Identify decision-makers within targeted accounts and set meetings for the sales team.
  • Handle unsolicited inbound prospect calls and convert them into qualified meetings.
  • Manage objections effectively and guide prospects toward a meeting commitment.
  • Maintain accurate and updated prospect information in the corporate database/CRM.
  • Schedule and confirm sales meetings across assigned regions.
  • Attend periodic training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Represent the company professionally and communicate brand identity effectively.

Experience & Skill Requirements


Experience

  • 35 years of SDR/BDR/Inside Sales experience.
  • Strong background in international sales with a focus on cold calling .

Skills

  • Proven ability to overcome objections, get past gatekeepers, and persuade prospects to attend meetings.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
  • Exceptional spoken English, marked by clear articulation, confident delivery, and a polished, professional phone presence.
  • Excellent tonality, clarity, and high energy during calls.
  • Strong listening and written communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and drivenhunter mentality.
  • Ability to meet daily/weekly activity metrics (calls, conversations, meetings set).
  • Basic mathematical ability for lead tracking and reporting.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and professional work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred
  • Night Shift 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST (Work From Office)
