Job Description

Role: Sales Development Representative

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Infopark , Kochi

Job Responsibilities:


Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities

New customer acquisition activities, including lead generation and sales funnel development

Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research

Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients

Assessing client requirements & creating database of new clients

Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements:


Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience as a business development or sales executive, with exposure to IT customer support will be an added advantage

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools (optional)

Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport

Time management and planning skills.
