Job Description

Role Overview:-

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in B2B SaaS to drive top-of-the-funnel pipeline for our sales team in the Indian market . The role involves a strong mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Drive outbound prospecting across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales-qualified opportunities
  • Understand customer challenges and articulate product value during discovery
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and revenue teams to improve funnel metrics


What Were Looking For:-

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS product company
  • Proven experience selling into the Indian market
  • Strong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools


Good to Have

  • Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise sales motions
  • Exposure to SaaS, CX, AI, or technology platforms
