Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation in the North American market.
This is a pure outbound role focused on cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers. The SDR will play a critical role in building the sales pipeline by engaging senior decision-makers and booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline through cold calls along with outbound email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and research potential companies within the wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing sectors.
- Engage and build conversations with senior decision-makers such as CEOs, Heads of Sales, Marketing & eCommerce Heads and IT Directors.
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in HubSpot CRM.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1.54 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales
- Experience selling to North American/European/Australian customers (minimum ~1 year)
- Proven cold calling and pipeline generation experience (pure outbound role)
- Work From Office (WFO) in Bengaluru
- Comfortable working U.S. time zones from the office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to SMB companies ($5M$50M revenue range).
- Ability to sell multiple products or solutions within a sales cycle.
- Strong prospecting, research, and communication skills.
Role Objective
The primary goal of this role is to build a strong outbound pipeline and generate qualified meetings that convert into new customers for WizCommerce.
