Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Development Associate (SDR - Inside Sales). The role focuses on lead generation, outreach, and prospecting to identify new business opportunities. You will engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and work closely with the sales team to move qualified prospects into the sales pipeline. The role involves regular customer communication, tracking outreach activities, and meeting defined business development targets.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Reach out to potential customers through Calls, Email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, etc.
• Understand customer needs and clearly explain TeachGrid offerings
• Schedule product demos and support the demo process
• Follow up with prospects and assist in closing deals
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM
• Share customer feedback with product and growth teams

Requirements

• 0-1 year experience (freshers and recent graduates welcome)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and sales conversations
• Self-driven, curious, and goal-oriented
• Interest in startups, SaaS, sales, or business development
