Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility will be driving the

detailed sales closure process. You will engage with potential clients, understand their requirements,

and ensure successful conversion of leads into active partnerships. The BD team will provide most of

your leads, and you may also explore additional opportunities, though lead generation is not the main

focus.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Closure:

Take ownership of leads provided by the BD team and drive them through the final stages of

the sales process.

Understand client needs, present solutions, handle objections, and close deals effectively.

Coordinate internally with product and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding after

deal closure.

2. Client Engagement:

Communicate clearly and confidently with clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Address client queries and provide necessary clarifications during the sales process.

Build strong relationships to facilitate long-term client satisfaction.

3. Support & Reporting:

Maintain organized records of client interactions and sales outcomes in the CRM.

Track progress of leads, update status regularly, and report sales metrics to the team.


Qualifications:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

1 -3 years of experience in sales, client-facing roles, or relevant internships.

Goal-oriented, proactive, and confident in closing deals.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
