Sales Development Representative (SDR) Cold Calling

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift: US Eastern Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)


About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and outreach to US-based customers.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly goal-oriented, and experienced in high-volume outbound calling to the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers in the US market
  • Use proven cold calling scripts to generate interest and book qualified meetings
  • Handle objections and refine sales pitch through daily interactions
  • Prospect leads via calling, texting, and email outreach
  • Identify and create high-value sales opportunities for the sales team
  • Collaborate with sales management to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
  • Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and team discussions
  • Track competitor activity and identify new opportunities for growth

Required Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in outbound sales / cold calling to US customers
  • Experience working in US shift environment
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling
  • Ability to handle objections and build customer interest quickly
  • Must be currently based in Hyderabad
  • Willing to work from office in US Eastern shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)

Nice to Have

  • Experience as SDR / BDR / Inside Sales Executive
  • Exposure to SaaS or technology sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Previous experience in BPO or outbound sales processes
