Role Overview:

We are looking for 2 motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. You will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting our sales team to drive business growth. This is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career in enterprise SaaS sales while contributing to a fast-growing startup.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.


Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set meetings for the sales team.


Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and pipeline in CRM.


Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns.


Continuously learn about our product, industry, and customer needs to improve outreach.


Requirements:


13 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven companies.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.


Comfortable working from office and contributing to a collaborative team environment.


Eagerness to grow in a early stage startup environment
