Role Overview:

The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect potential clients through LinkedIn outreach, emails, and cold calls.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Use HubSpot CRM to track prospect interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with prospects and nurture them until they are ready for the sales discussion.

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in sales development or inside sales.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and HubSpot CRM.
• Strong communication and lead qualification skills.
