The Role

You'll own pipeline generation for our India and global markets, focusing on consumer brands that need AI-powered customer experience solutions. This isn't typical SDR work - you'll research strategic accounts, run discovery calls, and create qualified opportunities that fuel our entire sales motion.

You'll work directly with founders and Account Executives, building the pipeline that drives company growth. Your market insights will shape our product and go-to-market strategy.


Who we're looking for

  • You've got the fire. Cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, none of it intimidates you.
  • You figure things out. No hand-holding. You'll build the playbook as you go.
  • You're hungry to be early at a startup and grow with it.


What You'll Do

  • Generate and qualify leads across the Indian market
  • Run outbound campaigns from scratch, messaging, targeting, channels, all of it
  • Book meetings for the founding team with decision-makers
  • Be the voice of SagePilot to prospects and help shape how we go to market in India


What You Should Have

Required:

  • 1-2 years in B2B sales, ideally SaaS, AI, or tech products
  • Track record of hitting activity and pipeline generation goals
  • Strong communication skills - you can explain technical concepts simply
  • Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and rejection
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Self-motivated and thrives in startup environments


Nice to have:

  • Experience with consumer brands, D2C, or e-commerce companies
  • Knowledge of the Indian/Global consumer brand landscape
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts
  • Network in the startup or consumer brand space
