Middle-East. Rdash is one of the fastest growing SaaS products in this category to touch $2Mn ARR in 18 months. Product Video:


We focus on Mid-Market and Enterprise customers proactively. Notable Customers:

EPC/Construction: Semac, Ramco, Synergy Infra +50 Customers

Developers : Danube, Union Properties, Metro Buildtech, Meghe Developers +30 Customers

Fitout: Simpliwork, iSprout, Shark Shopfit, Ambience Interior +150 customers

Retail/Offices: ICICI Bank, Amazon, Shopper Stop, Concentrix, AU Bank, Vijay Sales +25 Customers

Marketplaces: LivSpace, JSW Homes

Others: MEP contractors, Furniture Factories etc.

We are currently on the 1-100 million ARR journey in SaaS and looking for team-players to take charge of all things sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Present and explain company products/services to potential customers effectively.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM software.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and activity targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, strategies, and outreach campaigns.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to improve products, services, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role at least 1-2 years.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a high level of motivation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
